Monte Carlo Rally Case Study

FibreGrid have supplied their fibreglass grit top GRP Square Mesh Moulded Grating for use in the WRC Monte Carlo Rally.

The Fibreglass Grating was used in the re-fuelling area to catch any spillages during the frequent fuel tank filling. Pictured is Petter Solberg's Subaru awaiting re-fuelling.

"The fact that the Moulded Grating has a slip resistant top surface, chemically resistant and has the open mesh design meant that it was the ideal safety solution for the re-fuelling area. If any spillages occurred they simply fell through the mesh and into the spill tray below."
