Gascoyne & Beever Case Study

We were originally approached in March 2014 by our client to supply advice on a suitable “Anti Slip product” for a project that they were tendering for.

The client stated that they required a product with high anti slip resistance, for a brand new feature walkway. The site was a listed heritage building and so colour was important to fit in with existing surroundings. Following this conversation, a quote was raised for Deck Grip Max panels to provide an anti slip surface to the walkways at Lincoln Castle. The order was placed in 2014 in stages, and the products were delivered to site.

Due to the size of the application, work was completed on site in June 2015. Our client was pleased with the products supplied and also the fact we were able to supply the products with such a quick turnaround. When additional items were required on site, we were also able to supply those without delay.

Our client commented on the quality of the materials supplied, and that the product was easy to install following the information and guide lines provided in the data sheets and by the sales team at FibreGrid.

Overall the client was satisfied with aspect of their dealings with our company: from the time scale of receiving the quote, to receiving the goods on site and any discussions with the sales or customer service team they found to be both courteous and professional.
